Job Title: HVAC Sales & Lead Generation Representative

Location: Partnered retail locations across Denver and Aurora (Home Depot, Costco) 
Schedule: Flexible part-time & full-time options available (12-40 hours per week) 

About the Role: 

We’re looking for high-energy, outgoing professionals to join our HVAC Sales & Lead Generation Representative team. In this role, you will proactively engage retail customers at designated kiosks, generate leads for our HVAC sales team, and set up service appointments. If you're a natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and loves the challenge of sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What Will I Do?

• Proactively approach customers in retail stores to discuss home services—no waiting around, YOU make it happen! 
• Engage confidently: Use your communication skills to schedule appointments and build relationships.

• Explain features and benefits of the various products and services while gathering information from the customers on their individual needs
• Schedule an appointment for one of our sales consultants to visit the customers home to provide an estimate for product and services
• Build rapport and relationships with the store's leadership team
• Attend required monthly meetings and trainings
