Job Title: HVAC Sales & Lead Generation Representative

Location: Partnered retail locations across Denver and Aurora (Home Depot, Costco) 
Schedule: Flexible part-time & full-time options available (12-40 hours per week) 

 

About the Role: 

We’re looking for high-energy, outgoing professionals to join our team as HVAC Sales & Lead Generation Representative. In this role, you will proactively engage retail customers at designated kiosks, generate leads for our HVAC sales team, and set up service appointments. If you're a natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and loves the challenge of sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you! 

 

 

Why You’ll Succeed Here: 

 

  • Huge Earning Potential: $17/hr + Commision    ($50-$80,000K/yr)!

Bonus Structure Plan:

 

-$5.00 per tune-up scheduled and ran by technician.

-$25.00 for every replacement lead ran by a design consultant (Also paid if the tune-up lead converts to a sales lead).

-Commission structure based on sale amount for every HVAC replacement sold and installed from a previous tune-up or sales lead. Resets monthly.

 

      5% up to $50,000 (1st tier)

      2% up to $75,000 (2nd tier)

      3% up to $100,000 + (3rd tier)

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

 

  • 👥 Proactively approach customers in retail stores to discuss home services—no waiting around, YOU make it happen! 
  • 💬 Engage confidently: Use your communication skills to schedule appointments and build relationships.
  • Explain features and benefits of the various products and services while gathering information from the customers on their individual needs
  • Schedule an appointment for one of our sales consultants to visit the customers home to provide an estimate for product and services
  • Build rapport and relationships with the store's leadership team
  • Attend required monthly meetings and trainings

  • Desire to move into a high-level sales or sales-driven trades career path

  • Required to be standing/walking or sitting for 4-8 hours at a time
  • Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
