Job Title: Water Treatment Sales & Lead Generation Representative
Location: Partnered retail locations across Denver and Aurora (Costco locations)
Schedule: Flexible part-time & full-time options available (12-40 hours per week)
About the Role:
We’re looking for high-energy, outgoing professionals to join our team as Water Treatment Sales & Lead Generation Representative. In this role, you will proactively engage retail customers at designated kiosks, generate leads for our water treatment sales team, and set up service appointments. If you're a natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and loves the challenge of sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Why You’ll Succeed Here:
Bonus Structure:
-$25 per appointment run by a salesperson
-$10 per service lead run by a technician (+ additional commission if it results in a sale)
-$50 per RO system sold
-$100 per refiner/conditioner sold
-$100 per full home system combo package sold
