Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Diagnose, repair & maintain HVAC systems with precision and care.
  • Communicate clearly with clients—educating, not overselling.
  • Prioritize safety, quality, and code compliance at all times.
  • Collaborate daily with dispatch, teammates, and leadership.

Qualifications

Do I Have What It Takes?

• Experience: 3–5+ years in residential HVAC (not commercial).
• Certifications: Universal EPA 608 required; NATE Certified is a big plus.
• Character: Dependable, humble, solution-focused—someone who gets that the
job is about people.
• Growth Mindset: Willing to work your way up, open to learning every day,
thrives on being part of a mission.
